Seeing each fortnight my mortgage payment steadily decreasing the overall mortgage - is so freaking cool. Somebody reminded me yesterday about it being a good debt. It's not a bad debt. The cool thing is that I wasn't stressed in trying to find the money this time. True - I'm still paying the rest off but again - good debt. Yes - there are a couple seals needing replacing.
